Their
turnaround time is pretty good. I think they can do standard
hems within a day or two. Keeping original hems take a bit
longer, around 4-5 days. The service is ok, the 3-4 people
that work there are really focused on what they do (they have
tons to do from what it looks like), and I'm not expecting
champagne and white glove service at these prices. So don't
take it personally if you feel slightly rushed when they're
helping you. |
